The team will work in four sprints to complete the project using agile scrum methodology. The team will also conduct market research and surveys among the GW community to ensure the web-app meets their needs. The solution is to create a Campus Cart with a secured, no-hassle website application that is only available for GW students. 

Managed the group with three members. Developed a 5-year business plan to identify the most profitable revenue streams in order to increase 90% of total revenue from external sites by using the Gantt Chart diagram to manage. Advised the business founder to target the education technology application on online child safety.

Delivered market research and recommendations regarding potential blockchain partners and use cases that can feed the go-to market strategy based on four categories: providers, use cases, regulatory environment, and consumers.
